As well as our programme of study students interested in gaining clinical experience can apply for 3/6 month clinical placements via the South London and Maudsley NHS Trust (SLAM) volunteer programme. Please contact us for more information if you are interested.

An extensive programme of talks and presentations takes place at the Institute of Psychiatry and offers a a unique opportunity ot hear the latest research findings and developments in clinical practice. There are also opportunties for students to expand their knowledge of psychological treatments by attending lectures run throughout the year at the Institute of Psychiatry.
